Refunds & Exchanges


Literat accepts unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt.

Do not send your items to the return address on the packaging slip. An address will be provided to you when your request is received.

Returns

For all returns, please contact support@literathreads.com. Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) being returned
  3. Reason for return

Once we process your inquiry, we will provide you with instructions for how to return your item(s). A refund will be issued to your original method of payment once we have recieved your item(s).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If there is an error in your order or an item is in some way defective, please contact us at support@literathreads.com. Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) that are defective, damaged, or incorrect
  3. Description of problem
  4. Any pictures or other information that would help explain the issue

We will then contact our distributors to resolve the issue as soon as possible and inform you of next steps.

Exchanges

For all returns, please contact support@literathreads.com. Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) being exchanged
  3. What you want in exchange for the item(s)
    1. A link to the product is helpful to prevent mistakes
    2. Include all options for the item, such as style, color, and size
  4. The address you would like the new item sent to

We try our best to keep similar products as an even exchange. For example, shirt for shirt is usually no cost, regardless of the current price vs. paid price. However, additional costs may apply when exchanging for a different product or special situations, such as trading up to a 2XL or larger size.

You will then be given an address to mail the items. Once we receive the items, we will send out the exchange items.

Late or missing refunds

After verifying with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at support@literathreads.com. Provide any relevant information and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
